about
This song is about a Heroine, a female warrior who died on the battlefield of life.
She’s a servant of the High King 'El Gibbor'.
The story is based on an autobiography in progress of Els Lefeu before she passed away.
R.I.P. HEROINE!
lyrics
ACT I. PROLOGUE
“At a young age,
she learned to fight.
No time for fear,
survive through the night.
This is the story of
The Heroine.”
ACT II. THE LESSONS OF LIFE
Childhood threat, pure of heart.
Hide under bed, a painfully start.
Wound from the past, a scar on her arm.
(The King) changed it into, a rank on her arm.
Good and evil, the battle between.
Wield the sword, like no-one has seen.
King El Gibbor, the first and last.
She lived for Him, and follows Him fast.
To fight with the King,
His strength from within.
ACT III. THE BATTLES IN LIFE
“When war arises,
no time to spare.
Warrior in crisis,
but The King was always there.”
Clashing swords,
from the hordes,
the enemy draws near.
Have no fear,
stab the spear,
have courage and faith.
Feels alone,
on her own,
but she know she’s not.
The King is there,
by her side,
and gives her victory.
ACT IV. THE FATAL WOUND
“However, an enemy arrow pierced her heart.
On the battlefield, she lost her life.”
Good and evil, the battle between.
Fatal wound, a victim unseen.
Arrow struck her, pierced through the heart.
What is left, dead body apart.
To die with the King,
(His) blood washed away all sin.
To die with the King,
eternity with Him.
ACT V. EPILOGUE
“Digging the grave,
as the heroine had died.
She never gave up.
And now, she’s with the King,
for eternity.
Now we must wipe our tears…”

The band was started early 2018 by Roger Koedoot and Maurice Lefeu after their former band 'The Memory Remains' ceased to
exist.
They started writing and recording songs in the style of symphonic death metal influenced by a bit of thrash and doom which could be compared to bands like Amorphis and Insomnium. This led to the release of their debut album titled 'From Dust To Dust' in october 2018....more
